The RED versus the BLUE way of handling things in D.C.!
It seems more important in D.C. to which party is responsible the RED or the BLUE or, the Democratic or Republican, than the result of the proposed program.
The “result” to the American public is why they are elected. …. They work for us!
It seems that our “representatives” are more focused on their positions than they are on serving the American public.
It seems that our “representatives” are more focused on “THE RED” versus “THE BLUE”…. (the Democrats versus the Republicans)….. Who gets the public “credit”?.....Whose idea was it?...etc.
It seems that our “representatives” are more focused on their “talk shows and T.V. appearances”.
What does it take to make these people aware?
Does it take “a voice” that has appearance and “credibility”?
Do Sarah Palin or Mike Huckabee or Mitt Romney have “it”? …. The Author doesn’t think so!.... But if the “Tea Baggers” form their own party then the Democrats will surely win again.
The “Tea Baggers” must find a “voice” that is acceptable to the Republicans!
It takes a “voice” which has the appearance of “credibility and transparency” and is acceptable to the Republicans.
The older Republicans must come to this reality. The “old” Republican party no longer exists. It will take a new voice.
The Republicans can no longer be any where near the party that spends too much.
The Republicans can no longer be the Party of big Government.
The Republicans can no longer be the Bush, etc. Party. …. (Rightly or wrongly!)
The Republican Party must undergo this change.
Call it “The New Republican Party”!

#7900 - #42 - Obama is the “celebrity” of the moment!
Remember way back when Obama was first sought out as a candidate?.... Were you caught up with “Change”?
What happened to the great “Orator”?
What happened to the great “Celebrity”?
What happened to the great “Leader” of our time?
Has he changed (or do you think he wasn’t properly challenged at the time?)
The majority of the people who were “for” him are the same people who, despite what the “polls say”, are still “celebrity minded” .What can change their mind? Obviously, the fact that their children will spare the brunt of the tax burden we put upon them is no deterrent. …..What is?
Do we remind them of their past “Celebrity” mindlessness?
Do we remind them that, so far Obama remains unchallenged despite the growing National debit.
Do we remind them, that despite what the “experts” say, we will have these excesses in the National debit forever…. (at best)
Well, what’s to be done?

#7900 - #41 – Obama has a gift of “gab”. But, does anyone believe him?
But Obama has a “gift of gab” that people listen too. (He also has a teleprompter most of the time.)
These words have adjustable meanings depending on the diversions people are listening to. The listing of diversions are many including George Bush, Haiti, Guantanamo, murders in general, the political loss in Massachusetts, etc. Each is cleverly woven in “the rhetoric of the day”! The words seem to have a meaning. All’s right with the present administration!.... But, is it?
The people are “confused”! They don’t know what to believe. They can’t plan for a future.
This “nirvana” President started with a leftish point of view and it got socialist as he went along. First came G.M., then Chrysler, then the Banks, then the Wall Street firms …. (too big to fail), then executive pay, etc…. Who or what’s next?
Is all this a naked grab for power? Look around him. Who are his advisers and close friends? There are bad people out there! Look at Uncle Joe Stalin and 146 Million people disappeared! What about Friend Adolph and 100 million people who were murdered. What about Poll Pot and the unknown number of people who disappeared? Look at the people who just went along, did nothing! Are we in for the same future?.... “Oh, it’ll never happen here!”...... Oh no? What’s to prevent it?
It’s time for everyone to think!
It’s time to think about important things like “the future of the Nation”….. Who do I vote for?.... What is the National Debt?... What is the future for my children? …ad infinitum.
Knowing the words to the latest rap record or recognizing the celebrity of the moment or demonstrating for the many causes such as the whales, the polar bears, etc. is not a worthwhile thing. It says nothing about your success or your future!
And as for college degrees …. Did they really prepare you for your future or did you drink and have a good time?

#7900 - #40 – Obama, is a “nirvana” delusional and has the U.S. in a confused state!

Obama’s words were : - Unemployment was to be no greater than 8%.
- Health Care and Health Insurance were the same thing and would not cost us more.
- The whole healthcare exercise was to be transparent and with both parties present.
- Guantanamo was to be closed within a year.
-There was no such thing as a “terrorist”. (just a non-combatant)
-Etc.,etc.
Words, words, words!
The number of people who don’t think clearly outnumber the people who do think!---- The people who want something “to do” or need something to “think about”, the people who have the time to build monuments of flowers or like to stand around and remember a celebrity who died! (forgetting he once was accused of being a child molester, who recklessly dangled a child over a balcony, and being a celebrity of an unusual life style and skin color)
These people who don’t think about their future, or think about their future finances, or think about their country and the liberties they have now and what they might lose; these are the people who don’t want to believe they could ever make a mistake. They are for “nirvana” no matter what it costs,.. (or what history shows!)
It is awful to think you might have made a mistake. It is much easier to attack pieces of “nirvana” than it is easier to admit failure! That’s what is happening now! The people who don’t want to admit an error, are attacking pieces of “the land they were incorrectly offered” (nirvana!). Saving the inhuman misery of a Military Court and the hope that giving the “Miranda rights” will change a terrorist’s mind is in the order of the day to the “non-thinkers” of today.
Is the attack by the present administration merely “a grab for more power”?
Didn’t all the failing governments start this way?
What did the people finally do?
Do the U.S. citizens have the courage of their convictions , or are we merely going to “fold our tent” and just take it?
Are we in the U.S. going to take what we are told; or are we going to tell what we want?
Are the “tea bag demonstrators” going to present a common approach to the various subjects that they’re demonstrating for; or, are they the same as the present administration? Will they answer the criticisms of the present administration? Can they narrowly “define” their positions; or, are they like everyone else? Is the “tea bag party” different or are they like everyone else? Can the “tea baggers” present an “influence” to the Congress; or, are they like everyone else?
Do we “take what we are told”; or, do we “tell”?
